Job Description:

Primary Purpose:

Candidate should possess excellent knowledge and execution capabilities to assist in innovative / structured debt raising avenues which are cost effective and help the overall financial health of the Group. Having a good rapport with top management of various Banks, fund houses both domestic as well as international.

Candidate will be responsible for opening new credit lines, foreign currency risk, equity base funding and cash management system for the Ampersand Group. Preparation of CMA and other Financial Modelling along with accounting MIS and understanding of the latest financial and operational technologies is a must.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Responsible for the overall structuring of funding lines for the group
  • Should possess excellent knowledge and execution capabilities with regards to innovative / structured debt raising and equity structures which are cost effective and help the overall financial health of the group
  • Excellent rapos with top management of various Banks, fund houses both domestic as well as international is a must. Who has handled the IPO, FCCB/Bonds, and Quasi Equity & Equity based investments will be a big advantage
  • Ensure adherence to FEMA/RBI and other company related Compliances for all the funding structures
  • Responsible for managing existing and new credit lines, foreign currency risk, equity base funding, cash management system and implementation and adherence to SOPs for the treasury department
  • Understanding of the latest financial and operational technologies will be an added advantage
  • Seamless fund management with focused borrowing/deployment strategies & Sharpe market insight
  • Providing monthly, quarterly and annual MIS to management and Banks towards various stipulated covenants.
  • Raising and managing credit lines (Debt/Equity) for business continuity & expansion (Domestically / Internationally)
  • Partnering with business to understand the business requirements and add value in new & innovative banking structures & modelling, negotiations, compliance, and reporting
  • Nurture professional relationships with internal & external stakeholders such that business goals & objectives are timely met
  • Ensuring strict timelines towards funding lines and its compliances
  • Constant vigilant approach based on changes in business or external factors
  • Setting up treasury processes and implementation for the same.

Key Interactions:

Internal:

  • Reporting to Head Treasury
  • Interfacing Finance, Business Teams, and other departments as and when required.

External:

  • Candidate needs to be external market focused and needs strong relationship with banks and financial institutions

Competencies Required for the Role:

  • Should have good knowledge of banking regulations, exchange control regulations and other RBI guidelines relating to fund raise
  • Should be excellent in MS Excel and Presentations
  • Should be excellent in drafting letters and communicating to the banks / FI / Lenders
  • Should be well versed with Accounting ERPs such as Tally, Microsoft, SAP
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English
  • An organized and detail mind with a good sense of responsibility
  • A team player with high energy levels
  • Ability to work independently under pressure with a can-do attitude
  • The person must be a domain expert with strong control over key concepts of Treasury & Banking

Qualification:

Preferably a Chartered Accountant / MBA with 10 - 15 years of experience

Job Description:

Primary Purpose:

As a Master Data Management (MDM) Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the management of master data across an organization. You will ensure that data is accurate, consistent, and up-to-date, and that data governance practices are followed. You will work with cross-functional teams, including IT, business users, and other stakeholders, to develop and implement MDM strategies, policies, and procedures. You will also manage a team of MDM professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure successful execution of MDM initiatives.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

·        Develop and implement MDM strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across the organization.

·        Lead and manage MDM initiatives, including data cleansing, data quality assessment, data integration, and data governance.

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and enforce data standards, data definitions, and data ownership.

·        Develop and implement data governance processes, including data validation, data auditing, and data quality monitoring.

·        Provide leadership and guidance to a team of MDM professionals, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management.

·        Establish and maintain relationships with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements and ensure that data is available and accessible to support their operations and decision-making.

·        Collaborate with IT teams to design, develop, and implement MDM solutions, tools, and technologies.

·        Monitor and report on MDM metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of MDM initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

·        Stay updated with industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies in MDM and data management, and incorporate them into the organization's MDM strategy and practices.

·        Provide guidance and support in resolving data-related issues and incidents, and ensure timely resolution and escalation as needed.

Competencies Required for the Role:

·        Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in master data management, data governance, data quality, or related fields, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.

·        Strong understanding of data management concepts, principles, and best practices, including data modeling, data integration, data quality, and data governance.

·        Experience with MDM technologies, tools, and solutions, such as MDM platforms, data profiling tools, and data quality tools.

·        Experience in designing and implementing data governance processes, policies, and procedures.

·        Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team and manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.

·        Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

·        Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

·        Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, build relationships, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

·        Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as GDPR, CCPA, and ISO 8000, is a plus.

Qualification:

·        Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
